Bryan is so amazing! He is very patient and is a great listener. Conflict can be hard especially with family and Bryan really took the time to understand how we felt. He gave me and my husband the tools to properly communicate with family about those feelings. I would highly recommend anyone that is having a hard time with any conflict to reach out to Brian for support. I have never had any counseling or therapy prior and felt that it also helped me improve as an individual. It was all about that right person and I am so happy that we found him. Thank you, Bryan!

As that one friend people believe to be fully grounded/always knows what she's doing, the go-to pillar for support & advice-- you'd think I'd be the last person to show up at the steps of Bryan's office. After spending enough time trying to overcome the lasting effects of my own personal trauma that led to some repeated mistakes I made in relationships, I realized like most, I could no longer let the spirit of stubbornness control me, finally throwing my hands up in the air to the universe and asking for help. I discovered Kairos here on Yelp. At the time I was in a weird on/off stalemate with my ex that left me feeling very unsettled and conflicted. Bryan is easily the most uplifting person. He demonstrates the understanding and patience needed in a coach that will help move you forward. He is the compassionate person who will listen to you as you unpack the messy stuff of being human and he dropped some valuable gems on setting boundaries and improving communication. I ultimately decided I'd no longer be getting back together with the dude after realizing we were heading off in different directions and not the right fit for each other. There was a huge weight pulled off my shoulders as I finally released myself from this limbo and I feel empowered knowing I've emerged with a trove of tools not only needed for being in a healthy, vulnerable relationship when I am with the right man, but simply to question, to grow, to engage better with others. My attitude at work has changed, I'm not afraid to advocate for myself when unjust issues arise and know to seek clarity with the other party rather than holding any presumptions. I even began my own podcast-- something I always had thoughts about over the last few years but never had the drive nor courage to truly execute! At this time, I feel strongly rooted in this journey of growth, excited for the upcoming chapters ahead, and simply loving the woman I am becoming. I feel a profound sense of gratitude towards Bryan for helping nudge me on this path and without hesitation recommend him. Thank you so much, Bryan!

I found Bryan on a whim, and this is my first time seeking counseling. I came in distraught and lifeless from past relationship/childhood traumas, but truly looking for honest/transparent feedback, self-discovery, and a drastic change in my current paradigm/beliefs system. Sometimes our perspectives can be so skewed, we need an unbiased person to help us detangle out of this web and find the real underlying issues. After even a couple sessions, i can say I have been enlightened by Bryan's mentorship. He asks many leading, provoking questions- sometimes simple questions without being invasive/cliche, but rather have you pinpoint the answers yourself. He creates a safe environment and empowers you by patiently holding space, alluding compassion/humility and gives wise advice backed up by scientific evidence, the spiritual realm, psychology (whatever your preference, he will convey well) his past experiences and his intuitive mindset. He was able to give me real-life "homework" to appl what I learned, and there were restoration that happened i never thought possible. Miracles happen!!! I can attest that two of his exercises alone have changed the direction of my life/relationships, and if I knew it earlier I would've honestly saved so much heartache. I find that it is not often what people say, but how they frame it that will make the impact on you. You can tell he genuinely cares and is passionate about his work of helping others. Honestly, I am still in shock that I was able to put to rest some of my deepest, core hurts and experience a peace/clarity that I haven't for years, probably decades. For that, I cannot put a price on what I learned. I highly recommend anyone from all walks of life to go to Bryan! Even in your first session, you will be dramatically impacted. I promise you taking off the bandages will burn, but facing/healing your wounds full-on will be more fulfilling than you can imagine - no better person to do this with than him! Your time with Bryan will be most invaluable to your personal growth!

I came to Bryan after I ended my relationship and was also going through an existential crisis and depression. He helped me reconstruct my worldview, and guided me through the pain of the breakup. He gave me the tools that I needed to cope with the pain and turn it into something that I could learn from, and use it to learn from and grow. He helped me work through painful memories and experiences, and helped me discover "the why" behind why I felt the way I felt and what might have driven my ex to do what she did. With my existential crisis, he helped me regain my footing, and walked me through the things that I could pursue to have meaning in my life again. The questions he asked me made me think about what I really value in life, and how I need to reorient myself to have a meaningful life. He guided me from a very dark place to where I'm at today. Bryan has a very calming presence and he is an excellent listener, definitely one of the best I've ever met. He also has really good insights; sometimes I feel like he knows exactly what I'm thinking and he does just enough prodding at just the right time to make me really dig deep and take that next step. I feel safe talking to Bryan; I know he'll hear me out and will do his best to figure out what's going on. I've also never felt any judgment from him. These things helped me build up a very solid trust in him. Without Bryan, I would not be where I am today. He has helped me tremendously and I'm extremely thankful for all the time and help he gave me.
