I ordered Curcumin Advance Formula for the first time, I was really looking forward to using it. But when I asked my doctor, could I take this supplement with one of my prescription, she said no, because it would make my prescription inactive. I followed the instructions and called customer service to ask for a RMA# and explained the issue. The customer service rep gave me the run around and told me I was calling the wrong number. I looked up the company online and called a different number and talked to the same customer service rep. After I started asking him if this was a fraudlent company he hung-up. I would advised anyone that has not used this company, DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!! I know some people say they had good experiences, but after what I just experienced, I am very doubtful of that.

Not good customer service. Called three times after receiving damaged product and left a message. No one called me back. Fourth time they answered and never apologized nor were they very kind at all. Will not use this company again!

They charge you before they have the products available. When I ordered it said my products were in stock. They charged me and but a couple days later said both of my products were out of stock and I would get the products within 30 days. That hasn’t happened. Haven’t responded to my inquiry phone or email. May have to get my credit card company involved. Very disappointed

The website added two of the same product on to my bill. Which is really hurting my wallet during these tough times of covid-19. Customer service has not responded to my email and it does not seem easy to reach this company. I am not even sure if it is legit.

The products are reliable and the free shipping really helps defray the cost. Shipping was fast.
