The bottles were not secure in the box. The glass bottle that the multi vitamin was in broke and the pills were scattered throughout the box along with pieces of glass.

Love the product, bit don't like shopping online. I called. Your company directly to order it and got someone I could barely understand who told me you don't sell direct and to go to Chewy.com, which I refuse to do. At that point, if I didn't need it so badly, you would have lost me as a customer. As it is, I did order it through Amazon again, but was not happy about it
