This to me seems to be about distraction leading to breathing awareness, meditation, biofeedback, controlling one’s mind which, in turn, calms emotions that are in overdrive.

Fern is AMAZING! She has such a compassionate and positive attitude and makes you feel very comfortable. My first time trying hypnosis and I will definitely be back! I highly recommend taking the time to contact Fern for Healing Hynosis!

Fern is very good at what she does—and I was skeptical at first. Perhaps more important than her effectiveness, Fern is very smart, intuitive, kind, compassionate, and a great listener. All of those qualities lend to her effectiveness as a healer through hypnosis. I am dealing with myriad issues: the loss of my son, grief and its accompanying anxiety, weight gain, health issues, sugar addiction, etc. Fern has helped me, help myself, in all those areas. She’s taught me that I can control my thoughts, change my habits, live with hope, and be proud of my strength. Added bonus: I’ve lost 10lbs and feel so much healthier. I would highly recommend Fern for anyone seeking to make changes and simply live better—even the skeptics among you!

Fern is excellent I feel she has saved my life she is easy to work with she combined my wife and I for weight loss sessions I am now down 70 lbs after 4 months give or take my wife is down like 35 or 40? I don't ask if you want to change fern will help you she can't do it for you but she helps a lot I would go so far as to say she makes it easy to get on the path to your goal . Tony szklany a very happy client.
