Ordered a 3-D name display for each of my 2 granddaughters. Arrived quickly, considering they are custom-made. Product is nicely made of solid wood, and colors are bright. One of the letters was broken off. A little carpenters’ glue should do the trick.

I ordered a product the beginning of October. Here it is.Almost the end of october, and it says still in the design phase. I have emailed the company four times now. With no response. Horrible customer service, horrible shipping, not fast like they say they are. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Quick service and they were very friendly and customer-friendly when I wanted to adjust the design.

The shipment was re routed for insufficient postage. It has now been 3 weeks since ordered. It has now been 8 days with shipping updates. My problem is the company has done nothing to resolve this. Orders get lost but they don’t seem to care

I ordered the Custom 3D Viewfinder and reel. Took a while to receive. They don’t tell you your item is being shipped actually from China! Anyway I did receive and while the Viewfinder is typical, the reel pictures came out terrible..very grainy, not clear at all.
