I just placed an order for shirts to take on a birthday trip. Grace and the customer service has been fantastic. The communication has been great and they are fantastic at filling my order quickly.

I ordered a personalized shirt with my friend's fiancé on it for her Bachelorette party. It arrived in time and communication with your customer service team was great. The shirt was the hit of the party. The Bride-to-be LOVED it and mentioned wearing it again. 😉 All the party attendees asked for the link so they could get their own personalized shirts made. Thanks for helping me make the party a huge success!!

I purchased a shirt 3 weeks ago . . . and upon reviewing my shirt delivery. The shirt was marked "NOT IN STOCK". I wanted the shirt for a particular time frame. I tried to cancel the order - and can only get 10% back from my order of $40 - THIS IS A RIP OFF! Do not order from them!

I ordered the 3D Photo Brick Puzzle –it arrived in good condition at the alotted shipping date. The only thing I did not like is the lay out of the photo on the Brick. The photo was covered by the design. I used a landscape oriented photo and requested via email for an exchange. Grace promptly responded to my email and was told that the photo should be portrait oriented. I told Grace that they don't have the option to preview the product prior to finalizing the order. If they have the preview, i could have known that a portrait oriented photo would look better. She advised me to send another photo with the correct orientation so they can process the exchange. I requested to send me a preview of the product prior to finalizing the order. They did send me the preview and was charged only with the shipping fee. I was really happy with how Grace took extra care and promptness to facilitate the exchange. I was very pleased with the product! Grace also acknowledged that the suggestion for a preview be installed in their website to prevent such situation as mine to happen in the future. Big shout out to Grace! Thank you for all your help!

Second time ordering from them and the shirts were a hit!! The first shirt has lasted and held up over the years!! Definitely recommend their products!

I ordered the pet hologram box, like a previous review it never mentioned a smart phone. The item arrived quickly to be fair but is nothing like shown. There wasn't even a link to the pet video. When I unpacked, the parts were covered in tiny black hairs?????? Perhaps the pet was disintegrated in transit! Anyway, bit of a scam job. Never trust the fancy adverts!! Stay clear!

Thank you for the good service. The three BERGHJOURNAAL shirts were ultimately printed very nicely with our TV program's logo. Delivered quickly. Due to an inexplicable misprint, the logo on one part of the shirt was mirrored. Thanks to the good service, this shirt was remade within 2 weeks. So we are very satisfied.
