Great company to work with: personable, responsive and professional!

So happy the Quality Sleep Shop has the mygreenmattress line of mattresses to try out in-store! If you are in the Chicago area, it can be a good idea to call or visit the store (Quality Sleep Shop) instead of just ordering online because being local you have the extra option of another kind of mattress that's only sold/delivered locally due to shipping weight. Their service is also great -- very personable, helpful, and informative without being pushy in the least -- best mattress-buying experience ever. We've had our Pure Echo one-sided queen mattress for a month now and we love it - very good quality. We also got the Charleston Plus platform bed which is very sturdy and easy to assemble, a great value. Overall, I would definitely buy another mattress from them again.

Absolutely love the mattress! Perfectly firm but soft! Shipped quickly too. There were two places on the mattress that seemed to not be sewn down properly when it unfolded and I sent photos right away to the complaint. Fortunately they responded quickly, I was told the two areas would not affect the warranty or the quality and was even offered some money back. All greatly appreciated considering this will be my child's mattress for a very long time and I had high hopes for it. I'm only not giving 5 stars simply because even though it might not affect the quality and such, the mattress I paid a LOT of money for did arrive not perfect in two places. Other than that our experience was wonderful and we really do truly love the mattress. When my hubby and I are ready to go organic on ours we will definitely use this company again!!!!

The mattresses are very comfortable from what I can tell from my 3 and 5 year old boys in their new bunk bed. They are sleeping well and when I read to them, the mattress is comfy - supportive yet still soft. The price is the best around. All other organic mattress companies are cost prohibitive. I could not believe some wanted $ 2000 for a twin mattress! Anyways - when I had a concern, the service reps got back to me and are handling it. The organic sheets we bought seem to be fraying a bit on the edge after the first wash and they offered to replace the set. I'm very pleased with our experience so far. The mattress is very well made. I love that it is firm enough but not uncomfortable or wrapped in plastic. My only complaint and it's minor, is the smell of the wool. Although it doesn't seem to bother my son and I only notice it occasionally now.

I was hesitant to buy a mattress I couldn't see or feel. I was especially worried about the smell the mattress might have when it arrived, because I'm very sensitive to smells. We bought this mattress for our 2 year old child who has trouble sleeping, hoping that maybe he'd like it, and we wanted something that was natural, he doesn't need more chemicals around him. We opted for the 9 inch latex full size mattress so he'd have room to grow and to give a little more cushion for him as he grows, since he'll be keeping this for a while. I have been very happy with the mattress. NO smells...absolutely NONE. We will probably be buying another one for our other child in the future and for ourselves as well. I was also worried because I'm allergic to latex, but I opened the mattress myself and helped my husband move it and have laid on it and have had no issues at all.

I put this on our pure echo latex. It's perfect for achy joints.
