My Green Mattress was founded by Tim Masters. Tim is an experienced businessman, master craftsman, and devoted family man. Tim's daughter, Emily, inspired him to expand his offerings to include all natural mattresses. Shortly after Emily was born, it was apparent that she suffered from eczema and allergies. Tim and his wife, Cindy, took Emily to see the best pediatric dermatologists, but also did their own research and found that all-natural products could help alleviate Emily’s symptoms.Tim realized it was time to offer all-natural mattresses to his customers, and rushed to put one in his daughter’s crib. Emily is now sleeping on a twin-size, all-natural mattress handcrafted by her Dad. She is a happy, healthy little girl that loves to play with her three sisters, Rylee, Madelyn, Megan, and with her brother, Kyle.Tim began working as an apprentice at family-owned, Quality Sleep Shop, that was established in 1968. As an apprentice, Tim mastered the art of mattress making. He eventually bought the business, and has expanded it with the addition of the My Green Mattress division to keep up with the ever changing needs of his customers.

Very satisfied
Does have a bit of smell but better then chemicals. Softened up a bit after about a week. Have a thin mattress pad on it and its perfect. I just bought a king after buying a twin a few months ago.

My wife and I love this mattress
My wife and I love this mattress. We had some reservations about ordering a mattress sight unseen. It has good firm support but the top 2 inches are soft enough to allow comfort for side sleeping. A great mattress.

My Green Mattress is a good product
My Green Mattress is a good product. For the passed couple of years I had been living with lower back pain. Whenever I was home I would wake up bent over in pain. After an exhausting search for a chemical free mattress I was lead here. You open the mattress, it unfurls and bam! it's the most comfortable wholesome sleeping surface around. It smells natural. Imagine a farm minus the gore and poop, but the best parts, like grass, flowers and maybe a lamb who just had a bath. It's a strangely familiar, proper organic smell. Distinctly non chemical. As one who travels extensively and has slept on many beds around the world ranging from backs of vans and tents to luxurious hotel beds and traditional Japanese futons (which are far underrated by westerners), I can categorically say My Green Mattress is wonderfully comfortable. It's o the firm side, which I prefer but wouldn't describe as anything plank like. It's perfect for me. I honestly look forward to being sick in bed! Wonderful mattress! Get one!

The service was great but there is definitely a strange/unpleasant smell coming from the mattress.

Hi, Marni. We are sorry to hear that you're not 100% in love with your new Pure Echo mattress (yet!). It looks like we've actually been in contact with you since you received your Pure Echo and this is the first we're hearing that you're having concerns about potential natural odors of the natural materials. Being that we're using natural materials that are not treated with harsh chemical washes, bleaches or dyes, there are instances where there will be natural odors. These instances are rare and when the odors are present, they should dissipate quickly over time. I noticed that you've had your mattress for a couple of weeks, so you should be seeing this improving. If it is not, please give us a call so that we can address any issues or concerns that you have! We've been looking for a mattress that …
We've been looking for a mattress that doest smell of chemicals for literally a year-now we've found one. Definitely more affordable than what we've seen out there, came just a couple of days after order. If you're like us and cant tolerate the chemicals used in standard mattresses this is def. the way to go!

I am SO impressed with the quality of our twin and crib size mattresses! I am ready to buy one for my husband and I as well because when we lay with our daughter before bed, we don't want to get up! It is a really comfortable mattress!
