My Green MattressReviews of mygreenmattress.com

Pro: lovely mattress that exceeded my expectations in comfort. Excellent price! Con: delivery was a nightmare. FedEx dropped it and fell on a snow bank at my entrance. It took 4 adults to move it out and into the landing. Then 3 adults to barely heave it up one flight of stairs. (It’s a king). I had asked customer service about this and they calmly replied that “two able-bodied adults could easily carry it upstairs “. Not so. I wish they had the option for in-house delivery and set up for an extra cost. I would have paid it in a heartbeat. Countless hours of research finally led me to mygreenmattress. I was between Avocado and them. Mygreenmattress won due to cost. I was apprehensive for the same reason. However the mattress has turned out to be fantastic! We’ve had it for two weeks and I couldn’t be more delighted. We prefer a firm surface but with bounce and contour. Mygreenmattress fulfills this perfectly. Our current setup is a king mattress on the floor for myself, my husband, and my toddler. My only issue at the moment is finding the right mattress protector to not spoil the effect of the lovely latex layer. I hate the plastic rustling of the poly layer of the protectors. I contacted customer service with this issue and they quickly suggested two: Naturepedic which has poly plastic and costs $250+ and another one on Amazon for $90 that seems to have no plastic backing. Loved their attention to my small concern. Probably I’ll get a wool topper and a protector to make it all overall more comfortable. We’ll see.

My green mattress is a great company, they are very helpful and deliver fast. The mattresses are a dream to sleep on and I know they are healthy for my whole family.

Quick delivery, excellent material. Heavy! Too hard for some, but the firmness feels just right for me.

Excellent Company! I was skeptical to buy a mattress online but after researching this company I felt their product was what I had been searching for. Their website shows how the mattress is made and shipped, which was very helpful. It arrived as promised and was easy to set up. I recommend letting the mattress sit uncovered for 24 hours after unpacking before using. This is the most comfortable mattress that I have ever slept on!

We are very happy with our mattress!! After months of searching for an all natural mattress for our son at an affordable price, we found My Green Mattress. We waited another few months, just to make sure we couldn't find a better mattress anywhere else, which we couldn't :) We ordered the Pure Echo. Unfortunately it was too firm for us. I think because my son is so light, there was little flexibility in the top. The heavier people in our family felt the mattress was reasonably comfortable. We e-mailed customer service, and they offered to exchange our mattress according to their exchange policy. It was very easy, they were great! Of course, it is always a hassle having to exchange a mattress. And we've never purchased a mattress online before. Their policy is that it be donated, which we thought was great. No waste, which is important to us. The second mattress we got was the Natural Escape. It was just the right mix of support and softness that we wanted. While we were bummed the first mattress didn't work out, MyGreenMattress made purchasing a mattress online as pain-free as it could have been. Their customer service was excellent, and we are so happy that we have a healthy, natural mattress that will hopefully last our son until he graduates highschool. Money well spent, and the hassle was well worth it!!!!! My daughter will be getting the next new mattress, and we would happily come purchase another Natural Escape for her. Thanks MyGreenMattress!

Very pleased with this company and we absolutely love our new mattress and wool topper. Shipping was quick and the mattress was very easy to set up. We received the Natural Escape mattress a few days before the wool topper and loved the mattress alone, but after getting the wool topper, we couldn't be happier. My blood pressure had been running high, I believe, because of my old mattress (made out of polyurethane) and after sleeping on the new mattress for only two nights, my blood pressure has lowered back to normal. Thank you!!

We had a great experience with green mattress and love our new mattress.

I was very nervous to buy a mattress online. The mattress arrived in about a week. We let it air out some because some of the reviews had mentioned a smell. I didn’t notice a strong smell and I am pregnant with a strong odor detection. We ordered the simple sleep in medium firm. It worked great for my husband but I kept having difficulties with my shoulder going numb. I contacted the company and they had great suggestions. It ultimately didn’t work out for my body type, but the customer service was amazing through the entire process. They came and picked up the mattress and submitted a refund quickly. I am very impressed with the company and wish the mattress would have been a better fit for my body.
