they sent my order out apparently, and part arrived in a few days. the larger part never arrived. I had to call support to get it reordered, which took two weeks. finally arrived a month late.

It was the 2nd time that my order showed that it was received but then weeks went by with no delivery or email letting me know why it wasn't being delivered. It took me contacting your customer service to get the order delivered in 6 weeks. You must not think your product is any good since people have to go without it. I will not be ordering products from mygotostack anymore.

Just received 9 bottles of Immunity with a mfg date of 12/2024 which will no longer be viable by December of this year. I won't even have used the nine bottles up by December. I have complained about their dates so many times and they do not respond positively. After about 3 email exchanges of very defensive excuses, they said to return the nine bottles and they would send 9 more with a newer date. So all the effort and cost to return these nearly outdated bottles falls to me. I am nearly 83 years old and expect when I order supplements, they will have fresh dates. I don't need extra work and expenses and trips to UPS to return outdated products. I think this company has low integrity and I don't trust them. And their customer service is seriously lacking.

I canceled my reoccurring order and on the very same day they placed that order! Not shipped, but placed it. A week later my order was shipped. I called and they claimed it was too late. Even though it was “placed” the same day it was cancelled. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again.

It tasted yuck and I couldn't tell any benefits because it was hard to be consistent due to the taste.

It takes more time than I expect for the product to get to me. I order it over a week ago and have not received the product yet. I haven't seen any major results at this time. This is my second order. I will write another review later.

Nothing went wrong. Let cursor touch the 'How did we do?' i preparation for assignment of stars & Zap! all assigned for me by your program. Delivery & product were great as usual.

My order took 3 weeks before receiving it. Not only that, i had to be the one always sending an email for an update. The point is your customet service was very poor.
