I reached out to GoodTrust because I wasn't able to add more than one beneficiary and was told that the platform currently only allows one substitute beneficiary per primary beneficiary. I paid for the membership with AARP points but lost A LOT of points to not be able to create a will. I had to go to another site that would allow more than one beneficiary.

I'm having a hard time deciding on executor. It seems I can't fill out anymore until I fill that in. Haven't called anyone as I've been sick, underwent 3 operations and now have COVID.

I ran into issues not knowing what to do or how to proceed. I sent a message using the help button. I paid for the product already so now I'm just stuck.
