I bought an eagle eye range finder. The price charged was the price quoted. Delivery was quick and easy to my mailbox within the delivery time quoted.

My experience was good
My experience was good. I really like the product I ordered and it was fast and convenient. The only problem was that I was charged for a subscription that I did not order but it was taken off my charges. I just do not want to be charged for products that I did not order. Other than that, it was good.

Still have not received item
Still have not received item. No one following up on my order contrary to what I was told. Very disappointed in customer service and especially no one following up on orders when they new the item was not in stock.

Misleading
I've spoken w the owners wife,nice woman..with that said I feel bad but wanna b truthful..thid is NOT a good range finder for golf..heres why. 3 modes; first mode 1 DOES NOT LOCK ON OR VIBRATE THE FLAG IS HIT..MODE 2 IS THE ONLY MODE THAT LOCKS PN TO TARGET..AND ITS ILLEGAL IN TOURNAMENT PLAY CAUSE IT HAS SLOPE..MODE 3 IS A JOKE ITS MEANT FOT MOVING OBJECTS. ALSO I SHOT THE SAME TARGET WITH MODE 2. SEVERAL TIMED AND GOT DIFFERENT YARDAGE PN EVERY MEASUREMENT..BECAUSE MODE 1 DOESN'T LOCK ON TIME IS WAISTED TRYING TO HIT THE TARGET WITH NO FEEDBACK..THIS SHOOTS DOWN THE FAST PLAY SELLING POINT. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I GOT A RANGE FINDER THAT HAS (1) MODE THAT I CAN USE AND DON'T REALLY TRUST WHAT IM READING..THE LOCK ON WAS A BIG SELLING POINT BUT I CAN'T USE IT IN A TOURNY...SO WHAT GOOD IS IT..I REALLY THINK IM GPING TO ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK. VERY VERY MISLEADING..I WANTED IT TO WORK!

Hi Robert, thank you for sharing your concern. Mode 1 is straight line distance (non-slope) and will still immediately tell you the distances to objects such as the flagstick, front of green, bunkers etc. but does not pin-lock/vibrate. Mode 2, with slope, will pin-lock and vibrate with accuracy within 1 yard. Please reach the customer service team directly if you would like to initiate a return. (844) 355-6994
