Unscrupulous Sales Tactics
I purchased the Eagle Eye Elite Pro rangefinder which came with a free mirrored putting aid, or so I thought. I recently noticed a charge on my credit card that I had not authorized from My Golfing Store. After some research, I realized this charge has been occurring for the past three months. After several attempts at calling MGS, I sent an email. I was told that I signed up for a subscription and that it was all noted on the sales page, etc. This is the third rangefinder I have ordered from MGS. I have been completely pleased with the product. I never voluntarily elected this subscription, as I have no interest in that at all. I only wanted the rangefinder. To include this subscription scam to boost sales is unconscionable. After several email exchanges, I was able to get through to a live person who processed a refund for a portion of the fees. Unfortunately, these unscrupulous sales tactics have now eliminated me as a customer. BUYER BEWARE!! Shame on you, MGS!!
