Shipping was fast, the range finder works better than the one from another well known company that I left in a cart... Both finders told me the yardage- but this one locks onto the target far more quickly and certainly. So- while if I hadn't lost the old one- I wouldn't have replaced it. Now that I have- I do like this better. I had some questions when I first got it, called the help line and got the answers I needed. perfect, right?

slow ,slower and slowest. The time to process order, the time for do the shipping and handling, and the method of shipping. It said that my order will take 10 days to get to me around 800 miles away.

Hello John, sorry to hear your frustration. I see your order was placed on the 30th, and was shipped within a day. Then an average time of 5-7 days with normal shipping from there. Looks like the Labor Day holiday caused the delay as well. I see it is in transit and arriving soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Was happy with my club. It was made to replace my old one with the same serial number and everything. It didn't take too long either.
