Slow to fund
The process of applying was standard. I did not encounter a problem. However, the funds have not been deposited to my account 48 hours later. This is unacceptable in my mind. Even though I interacted with the company via chat, the lack of the approved funds still persist.

Beware of Bonus Promise
Received an email stating I would have a bonus if I renewed another loan. Showed up as $700 available, but only received $500. Didn't happen. Bait and switch.

I spoke with a representative this morning. He was not able to verify my employment. He was not able to verify because our office was not yet open. I was told this morning if I could provide a check stub he would not have to speak to my employer. It was time for my work shift to start so I ended the call. I explained to the representative that I would email him the pay stubs. Within 30 mins or less of our call ending, I received a message from a colleague indicating someone was on the line asking to verify my employment. I have two problems with this. First, he called a total separate number than I provided to him. Where did he get the number he called? How was he authorized to do this? Second, I sent the check stubs that he requested. I am strongly considering withdrawing my application because of this. Super invasive & not approved by me.
