I made my payment for the 2nd on my card ending 4656 on the 2nd at 4:30 pm my time which gave me a late charge. They are going to try to remove late charge but I have already received one this year. Thank you for trying, they told me to call back in 3 to 5 days to see if they can. Thank you!

Unauthorized charge on credit card Was handled professionally and politely

If I could give 0 stars I would. I sent a check to pay my balance off on 7/20. My bank gave me a copy of the cashed and cleared check on 7/27. Fortiva reported my payment as late and hit my credit. I sent a copy of the Front and Back of the cashed check on August 11th. They claim they never received the check on the 27th and also never received my email of the cashed check. They are crooks with 0 accountability. I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

The customer service was good, however the product is limited, which is causing me to look at other credit card companies for an higher credit limit, eg $500 DOLLARS
