If I could give them a zero I would. This is wrost company I have ever delt with and Vivint is a low life company also for having their customers to deal with this company. They are money hungry charge for late fees and you have paid your bill on time and tell you that you made your payment after 5:00 pm and I made the payment early in the morning. First they told me my bill went up because Credit Protection. I ask them to remove the credit protection and when I get my statement it is still $75.00 and not the payment of $60.07, so I just paid the $60.07 and now the want $41.00 late fee plus the $15.00 left from the $75.00. We consumers in the United States have no rights any more. Don't no company care about their consumers.

🤬When I first got this card I did not know that they were going to charge $175 for getting this car first off. Then after I got the card they charge interest on the $175. Then when I called to talk about it customer service is rude. I would not advise anybody to get this card!

Fortiva is really worse. They have partnership with vivint. Despite of cancelling my trial period with vivint and returning the equipment, fortiva is not taking the balance off my acount. stay away from both vivint and Fortiva.

Have earned every bit of this crappy rating we used them to finance our security system. Something happened to my card that I had on file little chip wore out in it something happened. It didn't go through they got my wife's card on file too. They didn't try to use it they just emailed me the next day and charge me a damn late fee. This is a company that should be put out of business. This is a low-life company that prays on people that just make a mistake or has a card or something like that so they can charge them a damn late fee bad bad business that's why they're reviews are where they're at in the dumpsters

This card was stolen from me, even though I didn't have it. It's a fraud.

Fortiva is a total joke. Vivent home security uses them for homeowners who dont pay the app. $3000 cost at time of installation. Fortiva refused to send me a written, itemized statement after 3 written requests mailed registered mail! I finally paid them off to get rid of them. They still negatively pinged my credit score! Run away from them as fast as you can!

Every poor review listed here is a mirror of what I and most people feel here. The Fortiva customer service people are rude and do not listen to what you have to say. It's all about the script and god forbid they MUST follow their script. TERRIBLE Company, zero customer care and a I don't give a SH** attitude. They changed my account settings while I was on a call last month and revised my payment settings and then passed the blame onto me. Got news for you FORTIVA, you won the phone battle but I won the war...My bank has gotten me the money back with a simple dispute I made.

The Mafia must be behind this scam card with the sky- high interest, terrible fees and very poor customer service where you need a translator to understand what they are telling you. Cut card up and threw it in the trash. If I want Mob money...
