I initially gave this company a bad review due to my experience with their returns. Since writing the review, customer service reached out to me, offered an apology,issued a refund for the shoes as well as offered a $100 credit for future purchases. Their email seemed sincere and the explanation very reasonable. They seemed motivated to run an ethical business. Very impressed.
