We're sorry for the slow replies, waiting over a week is not the experience we want for anyone. To clarify, our Green Program is a completely optional sustainability initiative. It lets customers keep their Flufie boots with a partial refund instead of shipping them back, which cuts down on extra shipping and waste. It never replaces a standard return.
