Lisa was a great servesafe instructor, I came in a little hesitant and nervous but she made it feel a lot more comfortable I could understand everything she said. It really was a great class, i passed with an 85% thank you to Lisa for making that happen

I recommend Lisa
Lisa, an excellent trainer and teacher. I received a huge knowledge base, supported by live examples, which makes memorizing the material easier and faster. I am very grateful to Lisa that she was my instructor, her ability to communicate with the audience and convey the material is simply magnificent, I recommend Lisa with great pleasure and will insanely cleverly turn to her next time.

Manager Cert Training Lisa!
The instructor made this experience one to remember. She was very engaging with real world knowledge and applications. She was punctual and quick. You didn't have time to forget the information even though it felt like a cramm session, especially if u had not read ahead. I would definitely use Lisa again for more training.

Thank you, Lisa. The class was excellent. The review materials that you sent in advance of the class were excellent, they made the class itself seem like a simple review.

Lisa was an excellent instructor
Lisa was an excellent instructor. She covered the material in a way that we could understand, gave opportunities for questions and is very personable. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't use the copious notes I took during her instruction time, just kidding . Everyone should have her as their instructor, makes the material relatable with her real life examples. Thanks Lisa for your knowledge and instruction

I had a great time teaching and appreciate your kind words (and sense of humor about the notes!). It means a lot to know the real-life examples helped connect the material. Thanks again for your support!
