Lisa is an outstanding ServSafe instructor! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and makes the material easy to understand. What I appreciated most was the way she took the time to explain everything clearly. English is not my first language, and sometimes I had trouble understanding exactly what some of the exam questions were asking. Lisa explained the meaning and concepts in a way that made everything much easier to understand, without making me feel rushed. She kept the class interesting, answered every question, and made sure we were well prepared for the ServSafe Manager exam. You can tell that she really cares about her students and wants them to succeed. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone who needs ServSafe certification or food safety training. Excellent instructor, excellent class, and a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you, Lisa!
