Handmade Crochet Flower Tote
I ordered the homemade crochet flower tote from this company. What i received was a bag that looks all faded out, the crocheted flower is not attached and there is no way to attach it, and then a long piece of string that I have no idea what its for. I provided a picture of all the pieces as required and I have been constantly asking them for a full refund for a bag I cannot use and they offer the bare minimum and say I can keep the bag. What a joke! Please do not ever ever buy from this company. If I could give no stars I would. You see the reply below from this company is ridiculous. I have been emailing them back and forth regarding this issue and they keep saying they are trying their best to fix the issue. Again, what a joke. They have never addressed the issue as to why the bag was received in several pieces with no way to attach these pieces to the bag. The pieces not attached are what make the bag. I paid $55.78 and they have offered me $15 and say I can keep the bag. A bag I cannot use. So again, they are not trying to fix anything and never address the issue other than saying we are doing our best. Yea right lol!
