The bag is as advertised but the zips are a little unstable and I had trouble connecting the strap, as one end the connector was fused shut and I had to forcibly get the hook to open to hook onto the bag.

I am not happy at all I tried to send a cross back and keep getting offered 2/3£s English money back which is no good. I would take the offer if it was half the money but up to now it's a disgrace

I ordered the homemade crochet flower tote from this company. What i received was a bag that looks all faded out, the crocheted flower is not attached and there is no way to attach it, and then a long piece of string that I have no idea what its for. I provided a picture of all the pieces as required and I have been constantly asking them for a full refund for a bag I cannot use and they offer the bare minimum and say I can keep the bag. What a joke! Please do not ever ever buy from this company. If I could give no stars I would. You see the reply below from this company is ridiculous. I have been emailing them back and forth regarding this issue and they keep saying they are trying their best to fix the issue. Again, what a joke. They have never addressed the issue as to why the bag was received in several pieces with no way to attach these pieces to the bag. The pieces not attached are what make the bag. I paid $55.78 and they have offered me $15 and say I can keep the bag. A bag I cannot use. So again, they are not trying to fix anything and never address the issue other than saying we are doing our best. Yea right lol!

I would not even give this company one star. I have been waiting over two months for my order to arrive, and still nothing. Each time I contact them for a refund they tell me they can’t give me a refund because the item has shipped. I am truly at a loss and am going to be forced to call a lawyer.

Gosh, do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a really cute crocheted purse and what I ordered is definitely not what I got in the mail. They are not flexible with their return policy. I clearly showed pictures of the difference and the false advertising and the offered me $4 to keep the product. It cost me $46. Not only that, but it got lost in the mail from Germany, then they sent another one from China. I don’t even understand that.

Have been waiting for several weeks for the Handmade Crochet Flower Tote. Emailed and was asked to wait 7 to 9 days. Those days have come and gone. I have requested a full refund. Will update after I hear back. Ready to file fraud paperwork with my bank and the Federal government unless I have a satisfactory solution.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a purse in mid-April and I still haven’t received it! I’ve emailed the company many times and they’re sorry to keep me waiting. DO NOT ever order from this company!
