I have had the service for some time now and I really depend on it. I have really only the desire to have the internet and e-mail ( I am 77) but some time it doesn't work. When that happens I get on the the service and tey fix it right up. Great for me

Our PC slows down periodically, mostly due to misuse, so every 3 months we call and go on with our lives while the techs take over our PC and fix everything. Lov it!!!
