Scam! I have not received any email. I too, like several others will be contacting my bank to settle this matter. It's really unfortunate that people are so evil and wicked that they sit around and conjure up seemingly flawless scams to rob people of finances. I wish you thieves nothing but grief.

Customer Beware
I reached out to this company within 3 days of signing up and requested a refund. No answer. No money. Since then, I've reached out 4 times via email with no response. Moreoever, I called the phone number listed on the website - and it is a nonworking number. For the price paid, all I'm getting is an email stream of very basic information - that anyone can get from an online query. Lots of red flags here. Beware.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I THOUGHT THIS WAS A PHONE APP, NOT SOME STUPID EMAILS EVERYDAY, I CAN GET INFO ONLINE FOR FREE! I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY RIGHT AFTER THEY STARTED SENDING THE FIRST E-MAIL AND TOLD THEM IT WASNT WHAT I EXPECTED. I WANTED A REFUND! THEY RESPONDED 4 DAYS LATER AND SAID THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND! THAN I CONTACTED PAYPAL AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME HALF, I WAS NOT HAPPY! BACK AND FORTH FOR WEEKS AND THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE HALF! FRAUD! NOT WORTH THE MONEY! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

It is not worth the money - update
It is not worth the money. I have sent two emails, and have not received a response, concerning just basic questions on fasting. You get little to no information, as in an example of possible meal plans, what are the health benefits, what it does to your body, is water, tea acceptable during fasting times. I found more information just searching the web for intermittent fasting 101 just to get the basics. Keep your money and search intermittent fasting 101 you'll learn more. So far, the daily mass emails that they send out, give you very basic info like why vitamins are good for you, eliminate fat, eat less carbs. Once again this is all information on the web that you get free, do not waste your money on this program.
As I am not able to leave my email address on the review, I once again sent the company an email with this review attached. We will see if they answer their emails. 18 days later, and four emails plus this review, I have not heard anything from the company.
