CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!! I have been back and forth and sent around in loops for a month I am SO FRUSTRATED! It says my password is wrong but then there is nowhere to reset. HELP. Note to everyone-absolutely never ever sign up for this

DO NOT Do This..had to get a new credit card. These people are money thieves. Not a healthy program either...snacking leads to increased insulin production which leads to diabetes. Keto diets results in water loss and renal failure. No phone number. Can not access my account as it says “no email listed.” Only automated emails. I requested refund seconds after seeing welcome email. But refund denied because they say they gave accurate info on description or I have to prove program faulty...it is faulty. Reporting this as scam and disputing charges via credit card company. P.S. in response to the reply: Eating window is 12 hours and your meal plan says “snacks.” Your last line about showing you an email...I replied to you using that email and you kept my money even though I had requested a refund within 10 minutes of signing up. I also went to see my account set up when I joined and you tell me we do not have this email on our site. This is where I am supposed to go to unsubscribe which you claim I can do “anytime.” Your menu does not give any guidance as at how to input alternative diets...I saw this on the introductory email that told me what I needed to know BEFORE I signed up. I am disputing your charge with VISA and have cancelled my card to keep myself safe from your scam. First meal: Fried eggs with veggies and whole-grain toast Snack (3 hours after the first meal): A handful of almonds Second meal (3 hours after a snack): Chicken breast with pesto and spinach Last meal (3 hours after the second meal, but no later than 3 hours before bedtime): Oven-baked shrimp with kale

Par contre, je reçois bien les mails du support Pourquoi le support ne m'envoie pas les accès puisque je reçois bien le message de la personne qui me répond. Je pense qu'ils jouent les délais pour la rétractation. Je signale à la repression des fraudes.

Don't do it! It is a scam! I paid thru PayPal and I could not get my money back. For whatever reason they have all of their bases covered so they can take your money but all you get is bogus information you can get anywhere on line. DON'T DO IT!

Is there a way to rate them as a 0? For the program itself - they didn't send a shopping list prior to day 1, so I really couldn't start on day 1. I emailed them for the shopping list immediately and didn't receive a response until several days into the program and they didn't provide a shopping list in their response. I only signed up for one month to try it out - somehow that has turned into recurring payments. When I went back through my email to find a receipt or billing agreement, I realized they hadn't sent me either. I can cancel the emails, but without the other information cancelling their recurring charges is almost impossible. I'm working on contesting through my credit card company now, since I cant get in contact with them. This is awful - such a scam! Don't give them your payment information! Update: tried to use the link below to cancel and I get a "we found your account but you didn't complete the registration process" message when I try to log in... ummmm... ok Update 2: Myfastingchallenge flagged me as a potentially illegitimate reviewer. I was able to supply my billing statement, but have to love how their customer service response was to deny that I was a customer at all, while continuing to try to bill me monthly. They are now officially blocked through my credit card company, which says something great for my credit card company but nothing positive for myfastingchallenge.

This is a scam. They claim to have sent emails that they did not send. I didn't even sign up for a subscription-- all I did was fill out their survey and then I'm getting charged monthly?! They make it incredibly difficult to cancel, let alone get refunded! Do not fill out any surveys, do not click anything on the site. I also suspect that many of these 4 and 5 star reviews are fake accounts.

This is definitely a scam, if you don't pay extra you won't get any of the workout goals like the advertising says. And they will continue to bill you even when you ask to cancel your subscription. PLEASE BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM. Save your money. Automated email responses, they never address your complaints or concerns. Didn't do as promised in the initial email. I added 5 photos in an email and they never commented on one of my concerns. Christine is not supportive to her members, if there is a Christine. Do your own research for free! Didn't even want to give one star. Facebook group is great but a lot of them are also disappointed in the program. No support from the company within that group. Do not waste your money.
