After getting my original product
After getting my original product, I indicated that I did not want to continue my subscription after the initial 3 months. I was charged for an additional 3 months today and I notified them that I didn’t want it. They are requiring that I pay them through October.

If you're a bored housewife...
If you're a bored housewife with nothing to do all day but go shopping for ingredients, to prepare your own dishes and drink bone broth, and partake in pity parties and hen circles, maybe this is for you. If you have a business where you run 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, forget this outfit, they are of NO help working within your daily schedule and current lifestyle. It assumes you have nothing better to do than go shopping and preparing your own meals all day long. I'd rather eat nothing than 3/4 of their dishes. They kept spooning me offers and asked what was holding me back, so I told them- I have no time to go shopping every day to prepare specific meals and wasn't interested if that was their program, so they sent me some vague assurances that it was different, so I signed up, and the first thing they sent me was a menu for dishes to prepare and ingredients to buy. So they lied to get the business. It is also 99% directed at women who have nothing to do but sit around munching on kale and drinking bone broth, males are strictly left out of the equation. After sending me Day 1's list of ingredients to run out and purchase, they sent me a survey asking how I liked the program so far. I gave them an honest opinion, but surprise! No one has followed up on it. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. You could do the same thing drinking 5 bottles of water a day, and keeping track of calories. Nothing new here, just a revenue enhancement program for them.

Complicated meal plan- Time Consuming & expensive grocery list- Not offered in imperial measurements or quantities. Only 50% refund offered
The meal plan is in grams and “My Fasting Challenge” does not offer a grocery list or meal plan converted to imperial. The meal plans for week one are very time consuming and complicated as well as a pricey grocery list. The week 1 meal plan consists of 3 meals and a snack. The snack is equivalent to a Lunch. That being said, there are 4 complete meals a day for 7 days. Each meal will require a lot of time to prepare each day. This is to much food to prep all 7 days x4 meals in just one day. That’s 28 different meals over 7 days. The grocery list for 7 days is 4 complete pages.
The recipes and grocery list is in grams. The Fasting Challenge will not and / or does not offer the plan in imperial measurements. More time will need to be set aside to go through the grocery list and convert each item prior to shopping.
I requested a refund and cancellation within 4 hours of paying for the challenge. The Fasting Challenge does not offer full refund. They cancelled my membership and only refund 50% of the cost.
I do not recommend this plan for anyone that is limited with time to spend prepping.

If there was an option for no stars…
If there was an option for no stars that would be more accurate. First they charge me full price when I canceled within minutes. Then they gave me a PARTIAL refund and proceed to charge me for some book I never authorized a payment for or ordered. This company is a SCAM!
I got a response from the company stating that you "get" a guide with your membership. They fail to mention they charge you $19.99 for this without your approval! Again, SCAMMERS
