Thought the website is set up nicely, the customer service is terrible. Emails with question about anything took a week or longer to get answered. The recipes are good, but I will use My fitness pal from now on. Much better service and website with all working links, etc! Plus if you pay for 6 months, and decide to cancel there is no reimbursement, which is just ridiculous, since they have a monthly plan as well!

They took my $29.99 without any hesitation. I emailed (after getting the contact information from my credit card company) I’ve now been emailing since April 6 being I’ll get the email with the plan nothing and now not even responding to my emails

I’m trying to get a response from them . I tried canceling my subscription less than 10 minutes after I enrolled. My credit card was charged $99.99 and they have not responded to 4 inquiries.

I informed them that I didn’t like the food recipes and wouldn’t be continuing with the plan. However they have today taken £57.99 from my bank account. I really cannot afford it and that’s why I have given only 1 star.

There is nothing they offer that is not available for free between youtube and life fasting app. Definitely a waste of money. They keep trying to sell unnecessary products. Don't do it!
