It’s great to have a menu to follow. The lack of variety of food choices makes it boring for a foodie, so harder to stick to. It would be cool to be able to track your calories online and include exercise to be able to increase some food intake when necessary to avoid eating too little. Otherwise a successful experience for week one as I’ve lost 3.5 lbs.
