Det er svindel og humbug der er blevet hævet kontunerligt fra min konto 12.04.23 og hver måned siden jeg har gjort indsigelse til min bank vil advare alle imod dette. jeg har ikke fastet på noget tidspunkt

I signed up for ONE month yet they keep charging. I can't get this to stop. It shows that I've cancelled yet the charges keep coming. When I follow the links they give that will help the links are blocked. What do I do? I've sent them emails - still won't respond or stop the charges. I despise this company - they should be shut down for fraud. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

I signed up for the program and realized it was not for me. I have tried to cancel TWICE and have been charged TWICE! This feels like a scam to me.

I have been trying for the past 2 months to cancel and I cannot get it done. The site never responds to my request. It seems like once your in, there is no getting out. I have sent an e-mail to customer service, but I have not heard back from them. I need to cancel, immediately. I hope you will help me with this.

I actually give them a -0 rating. I origionally signed up, received about 1 week of info and then had to request a pause due to assessing health/GERD issues. That was granted as stated in an email I have. A few days ago I asked her to start it again. Was told I have an active membership, but they are referring to origional date and I am getting a run-around. So I now am being sent 3rd month info but I have none of preceeding info, no way to access that, and leaving me to figure out next steps. How do you go from a few days of info to understanding the 3rd mo of information when you do not have all the steps that this 3rd month is built on! As I stated, I have an email stating they will stop sending these emails and can request when to restart but they are now not honouring that. So I have less than 30 days with no way of accessing all the past info I need and also not having a full time period to implement. So they have my money without my having all the info I need. They actually suggest I could pay for a newsign up when this one is done!! Seems dishonest to me.

Voglio fare una recensione molto negativa per questa ditta di truffatori. Io ho richiesto il piano per un mese e con mia amara sorpresa scopro che tutti i mesi mi vengono tolti 20 euro dal conto senza la mia autorizzazione. Ho cercato di contattarvi, ma continuate a dire che la mia mail non risulta, però i soldi vi arrivano tutti i mesi. È una truffa in grande stile! Vi approfittate delle persone con l'inganno. Mi fate schifo!
