Absolute scam
I booked online for a flight, they called and said the seat were not available, but they could do different seats at an upgraded price (30% extra). I declined and asked for my money back. They said there would be a "cancellation charge from the airline" even though the flights weren't booked! So my choice was to pay for the more expensive seats or pay money to cancel. Absolute SCAM and should be illegal. I will be fighting to get these fees refunded.
