This is a real post so If you thinking should I use this? Yes you absolutely should. If you have regular symptoms that are common like colds flu and many others and you don't want to go to the actual doctor, then this is for you. I had an issue with the daye.and they accommodated for me so yeah I would recommend this site for doctors notes.for sure.

Thank you for using our service and providing valuable feedback. We have gone through various improvements on the look of the note. Currently, it includes our Medical Group letterhead with a footer including our Group contact information. Under the body of the letter is the physician name and signature with a QR code below the signature. The QR code can be scanned to view the credentials of the signing physician. We will look into the feasibility of adding a watermark. The real value of the note beyond the aesthetics is that our service includes verification of the note if your employer should contact us.

Legit & excellent service!
I definitely would rate their services 10000/10! MY DR'S NOTE LLC is very professional and quick. Cost is very affordable. I love how easy and straightforward everything is. Even inquiries are answered very quickly; my work wanted additional info in regards to my illness. They easily accommodated my request with no hesitation. I would have no qualms in recommending them to my family and friends.
