I was connected to a customer service & the one who answered me named Mary did not understand what I as talking about and one more thing there was a loud background noise so I asked to be rerouted to USA customer service (because I was getting frustrated) but instead she connected me to her Supervisor which luckily she understood what I was talking about so the 2 issues on my husband & my account was resolved.So I am hoping that the customer service cleared our account since we do not any balance anymore.
