Terrible site that I can’t log into, terrible attitudinal “customer service” that seemed to answer the phone like they are already ready to hang up. My insurance FHA card won’t acknowledge the charges due to the vague description. Not surprised at all by the low scores here. They ask to take a survey at the end of the calls, seems like they don’t take the feedback and and do anything with it.

This is the worst 3rd-party billing company I have ever had to deal with from a consumer standpoint. Like so many other reviewers/complainants, there are perpetual billing errors that never get resolved. The customer service is a joke. Just as culpable, in my opinion, are the medical practices that use MyDocBill (Zotec) even after patients make them aware of how terrible MyDocBill is. Now my insurance company is on their case; hopefully they'll have better luck than I have had.

Horrible service. Have asked repeatedly for an itemized bill. I get nothing but all zeros. Repeatedly struggled with this company. They owe me two refunds for overpayment, haven’t gotten either one. Circles and circles and you get nowhere

Almost fell for this. I had an aneurysm 2 years ago, the cockroaches are coming out of the woodwork! I stopped myself from sending any money. I'm glad I found your site!

This website is possibly the worst interaction I have experienced. Very nervous about any transaction it has asked me to place. Account information as well as insurance information is questionable and very hard to reconcile.

I received an email from MyDocBill. I never heard of the company nor could they answer my email requests for information. Six emails and a phone call and its not been answered to my satisfaction. I talked to the my doctor. Thay never heard of MyDocBill

I had tests done by Alliance Radiology. My medical costs are covered by Medicare, then a Medicare supplement through Blue Shield. I received a bill for a small amount from Mydocbill related to the tests, and paid it, thinking the supplement didn't cover it. When I found out that it had already been paid by Blue Shield, I tried to get a refund. Mydocbill has requested many documents to prove the amount was paid by me and Blue Shield, even though this should be clear in their records. It has been months and many emails and I still haven't gotten a refund.

I received a bill from them from a radiology company after having an ultrasound done at my local hospital. Not sure why I’ve received a bill from them AND the hospital for the same service. I currently have Medicaid due to pregnancy and was told they denied the claims and that I needed to pay the bill as soon as possible. I was instantly receiving calls, texts, paper mail, and emails about this bill. I called my insurance to ask why it was not covered and they stated that it must not have been billed to them correctly and that they 100% would cover the two charges on the bill. So she asked me to have them refile/rebill the claims to the insurance. It took SEVEN different “representatives” from this “company” to refile the two claims. They are so shady. Once they were refiled properly they were instantly covered by my insurance. The first person I talked to only picked one of my claims to refile to my insurance instead of both. This process literally took months to complete over two fricken claims.
