The very FIRST bill I received from…
The very FIRST bill I received from this company had FINAL NOTICE and threats to turn the account over to collection. I called them and asked when the 1st statement was sent. They confirm that this WAS the 1st statement, sent on 9/25 for service done on 5/20. They had texted my wife to get payment sent from the texts. I told them that I would not send payment from a text request. I can't believe anyone would! I've had trouble paying other providers through this service and will try NOT use any providers that use them.

Horrible service
I had surgery in November everything went thru my insurance quickly for the hospitals part. mydocbill told me in April that I was past due. My insurance said they never received anything for these past due bills. in July they had submitted everything butttttt one charge was coded incorrectly so mydocbill said I owed for this. Its now August and they are still stating they never knew this information that they sent over the wrong eo code. I faxed the details and my insurance company also called. My opinion they cant be trusted. I turned them into the State.

They sent everything to the wrong addreess for 7 months
I received an e-mail on 07/19.2023 aboout the following
I had a procedure done in Feb '23. Mydoc had the wrong address and sent bills there. In March of '23 I realized the problem, told them the correct address and paid the bill immediately online. I told them I wanted copies of everything involved in this case. They agreed. However, the poor things continued to send everything to the wrong address.
In June I had another procedure and did not get a bill. Five weeks later I got a text which said I was still overdue and that they had sent my bill to collections.
Again, I contacted them paid the bill immediately online. Turns out they still had the wrong address despite the fact I had corrected it.
I called three times one day. They address still was not corrected. Each representative gave me a different answer to the question.
I am very concerned about FICO score etc.
It is almost impossible to get to a live person who can deal with the situation.

MyDocBill says they "don't use hyphens" so my insurance won't pay their claim.
MyDocBill has sent my bill to collections even though it was their inaccuracy that caused my health insurance to "deny" the claim they tried to file. My insurance company, BCBS, spells my last name with a hyphen. There is a hyphen on my insurance card, and both BCBS and I have repeatedly drawn MDB’s attention to the need to include the hyphen when submitting a claim to BCBS, as evidenced by my emails & phone calls with MDB, plus digital correspondence between BCBS and MDB. However, when I called MDB today, and I asked the customer service representative, Delana, whether MDB had actually ever submitted the claim to BCBS with the hyphen included, she was not sure. She put me on hold so that she could ask her supervisor. When she returned to the call, Delana told me that her supervisor told her, “We don’t use hyphens,” suggesting that none of MDB’s attempts to submit a claim to BCBS have spelled my name correctly. In total, she says they made seven attempts to file a claim with BCBS, and BCBS denied all of them. BCBS says they would have been happy to pay the claim if MDB had just submitted it correctly! But now here I am, being hounded by a collection agency for a bill that MDB screwed up because it cannot be bothered to use hyphens.

For months I have talked to reps and…
For months I have talked to reps and contacted Medicare for a bill for a flu shot which is covered. Mydocbill has not filed the claim correctly, according to Medicare. Two of your reps have assured me it would be fixed and that I have no balance. NOT TRUE. Still getting bills. You have only submitted “administration” of the flu shot and not for the actual vaccine. Medicare needs both.
