poor customer service
poor customer service. no telling when you'll receive what you ordered or how the quality of it will be once u receive it. shop elsewhere!

Didn't recieve the photo I sent in to…
Didn't recieve the photo I sent in to be framed. Was neither in the frame or with the order. Also missing the fancy bath bomb but did recieve the other 2. Everything else is quality and nice for sure. Its just that without the photo, the presentation i was so stoked for is kind of ruined. Never would have purchased this knowing the key piece was going to be missing. 2 stars for potential. Will see how the situation is rectified in the coming days.
