I ordered a Custom BobbleHead for my son-in-law for his birthday. He absolutely LOVED it. I couldn’t be more happy with the way it turned out!! You guys are the BEST! You kept mevin the loop during the design phase and I received the finished product in plenty of time to get it to him for his birthday! I will certainly use you again in the near future!! Thank you!! Celia Givas

I don’t give out many top ratings as I am honest when I do reviews as everyone should be. I have to say, the Customer Service I have received from Vivian is above and beyond what I had expected. Vivian made me feel very confident that the product I receive will meet my expectations. Vivian is thorough with explaining next steps in the bobble head creation process and what to expect. You can tell that Vivian puts herself in the customers shoes in her responses and communications. I had some doubts after reading some other negative reviews, but Vivian made me feel at ease that I made the right choice placing my order with this company. I made a modification to the original proof (which I received the same day I placed the order) and I received the modified proof the next day from the artist and it met my expectations. Outstanding! If you are looking for a fun, creative gift. This is the company to go with. Great job Vivian and company!

Prompt with their responses via email, and very easy to provide feedback to personalize each aspect of the facial feature for the customized bobblehead. I would highly recommend to others for a one-of-a-kind personalized gift!
