Customer service is outstanding!

Very quick response, very kind and considerate of everything I asked about, honestly probably the best customer service I’ve had.

This company was so amazing to work with! I have never had a company want to make it perfect for your individual needs. They showed me pics of the face and asked if I was happy and when I suggested things I wanted to change they changed them quickly and showed the changes to make sure I was happy, they did everything I asked for and were so happy to make it the way I wanted it. I would recommend this company hands down!!

I’m quite happy with the results. The head looks very much like my son. It didn’t initially, when they first sent me the pictures, though. A lot of the result depends on you giving proper guidance on how to adjust facial features. A lot of people may struggle with this, but the secret is in being very detailed and precise. It kind of requires you to be a little artistic yourself (it takes an artist to talk to an artist). Hope this helps.

The price was high but the product was wonderful.

Sara was incredible! I had issues with my order on my end because I entered information incorrectly and she was so patient and sorted it all out!!! Thank you!!

Elsie was great to work with.

The communication with Sara was flawless. She was quick to respond and easy to work with for any questions or concerns that I had.
