I just received my item and looks nothing like the picture i sent

The doll I received for my best friends birthday gift was a total disaster. No similarity AT ALL. From all perspectives I'm so disappointed. And after a long everyday email chat with the company's costumer service to find a solution, to return it or fix it somehow, at the end they told me that they are professionals at what they are doing and they can't do something else. (a professional would tell right away that the pictures I sent them and the doll I received have 1 out of 10 similarity) Unacceptable.

My item arrived broken, very late, and looks absolutely nothing like it should, and all I’m being offered is 10% of my money back. So awful - do not buy from here!

There is no “0“ star rating. Do not be scammed! The true website is “mycustombobblehead”.com .... Without the “S” on the end. This is a company that like so many other thrives on mis-titled searches. They pay big money on websites and ads to attract customers. I know for a fact that this one is a complete f£*kinf scam. Any Website that does not offer a true contact number for you to call and speak with a human person is a complete rip off. This company is bs. Do not waste your time or money. They are lowlife individuals who cannot go out and earn a true living.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't respond to your emails. Save your money for another reputable company. Today, I received my custom bobble head of my son. We were not satisfied with the result. It does not look nothing like him. It also, took a month to get this item. FYI ,Please do your research, before you give them your money.

I purchased and received two different shipping tracking order numbers. USPS AND FEDEX Fedex confirmed my order being delivered I did not get a package. USPS stating a label was made but no package was received. I have repeatedly emailed and sent messages asking for the company to help me with NO response. USPS and FEDEX say I have to contact the shipper to get help.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a bobblehead for my husband. They sent me a preview of the head for approval and it looked good so I gave the ok. When I finally received it, I'm glad I opened it because they sent me someone else's order. I have spent the last week and a half sending emails that have gone unanswered. So there's some dude out there with a bobblehead of my husband while I have some random dude's bobblehead in my closet. Better off going on Etsy. Mistakes were made.

So I ordered my bobble head for my boss, a few of us went in on it together, I placed the order before thanksgiving and it isn’t even shipped yet!! They said it will take 10-15 days to be shipped, this is a christmas gift for my boss, at this rate I won’t have it until after christmas. Not to mention the unresponsiveness of this company! I have sent 4 emails with not a single response AND I chatted with someone who was absolutely no help to me and barely spoke English. This is so frustrating!! I requested my order by cancelled and a refund, no response. And they told me they don’t send proofs of their items. From what I gather if I don’t like it I’m stuck with it since they won’t even answer my emails BEFORE it’s shipped. I wish I would have just ordered off Etsy. There is also no phone number for this company so if they decide not to answer you, they just don’t. I’ll NEVER buy from these guys again. Not sure what scam they are pulling but I wish I did some research before my purchase, would have saved me a Headache and money. We had to go ahead and buy another present for my boss for christmas since this won’t be here in time. This is the worst experience ever. Don’t buy from them. Just don’t. You’re better off on Etsy.
