This company is horrible and very unprofessional, when I receive the bobblehead , does not look anything like the couple, the couple are Asian and had dark skin, company put the bobble head with white skin and the face sculpture is horrible. Plus they put a full set of hair for the guy and my friend has no hair , just very little in the back of his head, so I don’t know why they did that, this was suppose to be a gift for there anniversary, so I try to contact company to fix it , but they never responded back, it took 3 emails until they respond and that was 2 weeks later, by then the anniversary was over and I had to buy another gift. When talking to Vivian the customer care person, refuse to give me refund or do anything about , ignores everything I’m telling her, keeps saying same thing , they won’t do anything for me, this is very unprofessional service, I would understand if I paid only 30 dollars but I spend 206 dollars so it should look good, do not use this company, it corrupt. All they care about is your money.

It’s a SCAM. The bobble head arrived like 2 months late and looks NOTHING like the picture. I emailed their customer service and they refused giving me my money back. What a waste. Don’t ever buy from them. All their google reviews are fake.

Terrible terrible terrible, I am so disappointed. A disaster from start to finish with delayed processing, refusing cancellation, received too late and really poor quality. I ordered 2. One resembled the person but the head was normal, not a bobble head at all! Second was nothing at all like it's person. Do not buy from this company :(

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this horrible company. I ordered my bobble head three weeks before Christmas for a gift for my boss, and when it arrived two weeks after Christmas I was shock of how bad it was. It looks absolutely nothing like him, it’s just a generic looking white dude with a beard drawn on with a pencil and some glitter thrown on his face. When I tried contacting the company I got zero response for almost 2 months until I finally threatened to report them and then I got a response from some “customer service rep” overseas. They continue to give me some company line that they don’t offer refunds because the bobble head is customized, even though clearly it’s not customized because it looks nothing like the person it’s supposed to, it’s not even the same hair or skin color!! Now I’m stuck with a $140 paperweight. If you’re looking for an actual bobblehead that resembles a person I would recommend going on Etsy but whatever you do don’t order from this company you will regret it!

Terrible terrible company. First they wouldn’t respond to any of my emails and my status wasn’t changing, then when I threatened to report them, all of a sudden they made them and sent them. They were horrible. Heads didn’t move, faces were creepy and looked nothing like the pictures, they didn’t have any chins and the name was just stuck on with a sticker from a label maker. When I emailed them about how disappointed I was with the product, of course they never responded.

I am so disappointed that I wasted so much money on two. My daughter would be mortified to think the bobblehead was supposed to look like her. It is hideous. No proof was sent, and they will not return any communication.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star cause I can’t give 0. My order was 156.00 and I never got it. THIS IS A SCAM. And I emailed over and over for months and not one reply. Not one proof. Nothing.

ABSOLUTE B******* I am a student and spared what I had to buy my man a gift and soon realised it’s a scam! I cannot believe the audacity. I hope these people get cursed so bad they regret ripping people off.
