I had ordered this as a gift for my brother. And was so very excited to see it when it arrived, however my brother has light colored hair, they sent me a doll with the darkest brown hair. And it arrived with the thumb broke off. I do understand that damage can happen during shipping. But the doll did not look like the photo I sent. I did choose match my photo. It did not. The facial hair did look good on the picture they send for approval, I had assumed the hair would match but it did not. The body was well done. The face tho... meh.... customer service offered me a measly 10% refund and told me to use super glue to stick the thumb back on. After many emails over 3 days and a submitted complaint through PayPal I was able to get $70 back of my $141.69 for my fully “customized” bobble head. I’ve never been so disappointed in something. The website even says they give a full refund for damaged products. Don’t believe it. This was a pain in the butt to get them to agree to half refund. I will not ever, EVER buy from them again. I will not recommend to others. Now I have a bobble head of some random guy. Or my brother will! Unless I want to go buy paint and try to match the hair.

My experience with this place was quite daunting. The product arrived well late (paid extra for shipping) and a piece of the hand was broken. In addition to this, there was also a piece missing from what I ordered. I'm not typically a person that gives a review (or gives a bad one) but I thought this one deserves the exception. When contacting their customer services, was asked to pay shipping again for the part that was missing as they said due to admin fees or whatever. The point is, I wasnt even too bothered that it arrived late. However, I feel cheated in terms of having to pay for something (shipping charges) that was included in the original design and wasnt even in the box. For all I know, they didn't even make the part.

This is a scam. Do not purchase from them. My order was damaged, and pieces were broken and I tried to get my money back per their own policy and this is how they replied: The policy on the website is correct, however a full refund is issued judging by the degree of product damage. Sadly damages through long shipping is possible, we kindly hope you could understand.

Do not use this Company! They had 3 attempts to get a likeness to the photos I sent. Neither were anything like them! In fact I couldn’t actually see any difference between the 3! After the first attempt I expressed my lack of confidence in them getting a likeness and asked for a refund. They ignored this and, against my wish, had 2 more ‘supposed’ attempts. Now they want to deduct £28.77 for production fees! I will get NOTHING in return for this! I am being penalised for their useless artists! PLEASE BE CLEAR. THE MODEL THEY MAKE WILL LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO YOU SEND THEM. IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL THE ORDER THEY'LL CHARGE YOU NEARLY £30! They are a total rip-off. They use incompetent artists and will, basically, STEAL YOUR MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM

I paid 90 pounds and the dool look nothing like my bf! I ordered on the 21st of January and arrived home by the 3rd of March and it have nothing to do with the pictures I sent. I will try to get my money back. Don't recommended at all.

The worst company and customer service. Arrived late even after paying extra for faster shipping. Had issues with the wrong items on it and didn't send me an example to see before creation. Customer service didn't respond for months until I disputed the charge on my card and even now they just keep dodging all my issues. DO NOT USE!!!

Stole my money !!!, I have been emailing them for 2 months now but get no reply, they have no phone number to call and now I’ve lost over £200.
