Terrible likeness - I cannot stress this enough. Don't do it! Definitely cannot recommend the service or product. Like many others, I'm annoyed I fell for it.

Have had no luck getting a refund, the bobblehead looks NOTHING like the picture I sent.

Genuine Customer Order (#CR3414) Spent £125 as the surgeon for whom I ordered this gift is so dear. What I received has absolutely ZERO RESEMBLANCE from the picture. NO CUSTOMISATION. Why spend £125 for a Clay model? Trust the reviews. They don't even have a phone number. You get ZERO SUPPORT once you paid your money.

This is the worst scam ever. I ordered one for father’s day and the face is NOTHING like the photo I sent them. It looked like a dollar store bobble head. But I actually paid $180 for the doll and expedited shipping. The expedited shipping were just a bonus for them as the doll got here 5 weeks after the order was placed. When I asked for a refund I was told no, and then they stopped answering my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Looks NOTHING like my son. Even put wrong number on his jersey. Terrible waste of money. Go somewhere else!!!!

dreadful. I wish i had read this before i wasted my money. I spent £170. this is a con don't waste your money. Its like buying a broken doll that looks nothing like the pictures. shameful. i will be contacting my credit card company and raising awareness of this scam.

DO NOT WASTE your money!! I ordered a custom bobblehead for my friend's 40th Birthday, the bobblehead did not look like the photo, the doll did not look anything like the pictures I gave them. I was completely unsatisfied with my bobblehead. Also, the item arrived broken, very late, and looks absolutely nothing like it should. Not custom made - the face and head are pre-designed and they add small details. I wrote to them many times that it was a birthday gift and how important it is, but the bobblehead looked NOTHING like the picture, They had 3 attempts to get a likeness to the photos I sent. Neither was anything like them! In fact, I couldn’t actually see any difference between the 3! Do not order from this company. The product will be arriving late from China, customer service is bad, they will give you the runaround, and no refund like they promise.

I wish that i would have read these reviews before i spent so much money. Like a lot of the other people, i paid extra to get my bobblehead before father's day, but i received it 2 weeks later. To make it worse, it looks nothing like the picture i sent! It's really sad to come across a company like this that has no integrity.
