Can I give ZERO stars? My order got lost in shipping and no one will help.

I submitted a photo of my brother in law, for a Batman custom bobblehead as a surprise Christmas gift. I understand the facial images may not be exact, however the Batman logo on the bobblehead looked like my 3 year old designed. I’m extremely disappointed in the fact that they advertise a clean crisp Batman logo online, and the actual logo looks nothing like what I ordered. Buyer beware, spend your money at a different company.

This is my worst experience ever. The artist in China and they do not listen to what you want. I wanted to give two photos to mix the design. I talked with the agent to send the second photo. The designer never gets a second photo and keeps making the first photo. I requested to modify so many times but they never listen to me.The doll never looks like a photo. I ordered bubble heads on Etsy and the designer made it exactly photo and the designer listened to your request. I'm so tired of sending my request and getting terrible proof. One thing, whatever the reason, they won't refund the money for you. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IT!!!!!!!!!!!

When you purchase a bobblehead, you expect the head to bobble. The bobblehead I got did NOT bobble -- the head was flexible, but it was nothing like a bobblehead. When I complained and asked them to make me a bobblehead like I ordered, they told me "I am also unable to make sure if it could be bobbled that much even if we send a replacement. The spring is usually a little tight for safe during long-distance transportation." In other words, they let me buy a bobblehead from them while knowing they couldn't make a bobblehead! Then they offered me 20% back. So now I'm out 80% for a doll that I did not want. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY. Their product quality is low and resemblance is not really close. I could not even give the person the gift because i was embarrassed it didn't look like them. They basically said sorry, here's 10% back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It will look nothing like what you want and they will not do anything about it.

Very dissatisfied, did not resemble the picture at all and I paid for expedited shipping which I did not receive.

The first draft of my bobblehead was awful. It did not look like the person... not even a caricature. Buyers beware because mycustombobblehead is in Hong Kong and not the same as the bobblehead company in the US. I rejected the draft multiple times and even chatted with a rep asking for them to stop production and give me the 50% refund. I even have a copy of the text conversation that he provided me. They continued production and while I was in the hospital with a very sick family member, they shipped the product because they had not received a response from me within 24 to 48 hours. I tried to get the 50% refund as mentioned and I battled them and settled for 30% and a very awful looking bobblehead that will be trashed. I would love to report them to a BBB but not even sure how to report since they are in Hong Kong.
