I would have given 5 stars, however the delay in shipping. The item didn't move from N.J. Postal for about 1 1/2 weeks. The cross on the other hand was absolutely beautiful. Lovely workmanship and the chain goes well with it. I would highly recommend My Cross if you don't mind waiting a bit.

Thank you! The cross I ordered is beautiful and just the right size. I am wearing it as I am typing. The chain is also long enough to tuck in the top of most shirts if the cross becomes a problem at work. It's never happened, but I like to keep others in mind.

I was checking the status of my order. I noticed that it hasn't moved since the label was created on 08/27. Is there a problem and was it possible lost? Could you please get back to me when you this.

We're sorry for the delay. Your parcel was not lost. We are based in the Holy Land. Your order left our location on August 27, but there have been delays in delivery due to the recent implementation of tariffs in the US. Customs and other departments of the US government are still adjusting to this change, which may take a while to streamline. This means that parcels may take longer to clear customs. We expect the tracking to update in the upcoming days, and after that it will be processed for delivery. Once again, we apologize about this delay.
