The cross was smaller than expected. Also, now I want to return it for a refund and I can't find the policy or process on my imails.

1st timer. Order placed on Nov 07. Payment processed, merch shipped by MyCross and so far I haven't received either the product or a refund. Error by carrier but after numerous emails +phone calls, I exhausted my patience. Its not a good 1st impression. I don't even know how what I ordered looks like in real life... Very disappointed simply.
