I chose Sydney because she is also a mother, and my primary goal was to heal so I could be a better mom to my own children.Over the past year, Sydney walked alongside me through intense seasons of childhood grief, difficult family dynamics, and the loss of two loved ones. She taught me to be curious about my reactions, show myself compassion, and break free from the shame spiral. Together, we explored the deepest depths of my fears, but I never felt alone; she was by my side for every single step. As I prepare for my final sessions, I am reflecting on everything God has helped me accomplish through Sydney and this platform. I feel so blessed! My counselor has been AMAZING from the very beginning. She is very patient with me and understanding, while equipping me with tools to allow me to make progress and move forward with a Christ Centered session. She has already been so helpful

The customer service and accounting teams are very helpful and responsive. The counselors are well trained, christ centered, and so compassionate. I felt comfortable and understood in the first sessions. Counselors knew how to challenge me to help me achieve the growth I wanted, which was sometimes difficult but isn't that why we are in counseling?! So it was very worthwhile. I will miss my counselors.
