Peter is very easy to talk to and provides great insight

Greg is the best. He’s encouraging and uplifting. He challenges us but in a caring, understanding way. He always makes us feel comfortable to be vulnerable. His tone is so calming and you can tell he really cares about us.

Janelle made me feel immediately comfortable, like I was talking to a long time friend. She is compassionate, and encouraging. Although we are just getting started together, I already look forward to meeting with her again and feel very confident she has the knowledge and experience I need to help me work through my issues.

Sydney helped me so much to break through a cycle of self shame that was causing all kinds of anxiety for me. She helped me by giving me tools to know how to break through the cycle. She also helped me find the root cause of my shame and anxiety. Sydney gave me a new voice to replace the one that was shaming me. I feel closer to the Lord and renewed as a person. I feel open and light instead of heavy. I highly recommend if you are struggling with anxiety and self sabotage.

Peter, is a patient, observant and very intuitive counselor. Despite the fact that the sessions were virtual, his ability to hear what was not being said and to read body language is impressive.
