Janelle is Amazing! I had caregivers fatigue, PTSD, and general anxiety and stress off the charts! She is such a great listener and reminded me to sit and process my thoughts instead of racing through them. It was amazing to have the hour or two every week to just sit and talk about all that was on my plate, and how it was affecting me. She is an incredible counselor, and I would use her again in a heart beat if the need arises!

I've been meeting with Amy for a few months now and even though it is hard work I appreciate that Amy leaves room for breathers after breakthroughs and lots of laughter. I personally need those times not just to feel like I have recovered from crying and noticing an issue but to also process discoveries.
