Same day service, and great instructions.

The Doctor was friendly and answered all my questions and seemed to understand my needs

We had a terrible phone connection and I could not understand most of what was said. Thankfully they were persistent and dialed me on my home landline where the connection was better, but not great. Since this happened on both my cell and landline, I'm guessing the problem was on your end.

My appointment with the doctor was at 2:30 and after 20 minutes , the doctor didn't come on. I figured that there may have been a delay so I called the CC number. They immediately got in touch with the doctor and she called me right away. It wasn't a big problem, thus the 4 stars.

Learning what to do as it needs to be done and completed is not very understood to check on or print State billing....

I think the computer system cause some problems. Wonderful people- 5 stars to the people.

Clarity on total pricing, including state fees and Compassionate Care fees, could have been a little less ambiguous.
