Quick & easy, just please cut down on the amount of phone calls. I feel like I was being harassed & don’t need that many reminders.

Was a very pleasant experience. Only issue for me was not quite understanding 1 part of the procedure(it says you must complete the first 2 steps before your appointment, but they really want the first 3), because the way it is written and communicated is a little contradictory. It was cleared up easily with 1 phone call. Everyone was super nice, and professional. Great overall experience.

Everyone was very helpful and informative. I did have a problem with the credit card form. It said error several times, yet charged my card each time. It was credited, but somewhat of a hassle. Other than that very good service.

How informative they were and their willingness to assist me with cheerfulness!!
